Abundance360 (A360) is an exclusive, year-round leadership program and curated community founded by futurist and entrepreneur Peter Diamandis. It connects a global community of CEOs, founders, and investors to explore exponential technologies, including artificial intelligence, robotics, and longevity, and apply them to solve humanity’s biggest challenges.

I lead A360 as CEO. It draws on everything I learned in a decade leading Conscious Capitalism, Inc., where I came to believe that business, done well, is one of the most powerful forces for good we have. Now in its 14th year, A360 sells out annually and sits at a capped 600 members, a number I doubled before closing the doors to protect the intentional curation of curious, thoughtful, driven, future-forward entrepreneurs that makes this community what it is. Our faculty and programming match that caliber, and retention, member satisfaction, and financial health all stay exceptionally solid, year over year.

While I’m responsible for the strategic leadership, operations, and overall experience of the community and produce the flagship annual Abundance Summit, none of this happens without my amazing team. We also produce the annual Abundance Longevity trip, another program that sells out consistently and delivers something truly singular for our members.

Women in leadership is one of my passions, and I’m proud to have founded several sub-programs to expand who gets access to rooms like these, including founding the A360 Women’s Program, with ongoing monthly programming, and a dedicated track for early-career women stepping into leadership.
